A practical tool for getting image sizes right.
PhotoSizeKit helps you prepare a photo or signature when a form asks for a particular file size or set of pixel dimensions.
What you can do
- Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image.
- Set a maximum KB limit and an optional minimum.
- Resize to an exact width and height or allow automatic sizing.
- Keep the entire image with white padding or crop to fill the requested shape.
- Check the actual output size and download a JPG without a watermark.
How image processing works
The application runs in your browser and encodes a new JPG on your device. It checks the resulting file’s byte count against the settings you entered. If fixed dimensions cannot fit the maximum, or the output remains below your minimum, it reports that result.
PhotoSizeKit’s application code does not upload your photos or signatures. You do not need an account to use the tool. Read Privacy & use for more detail.
What the tool cannot check
It cannot determine a portal’s current rules, verify identity or signature authenticity, change an image’s background, or replace live-camera capture. It cannot guarantee acceptance by an examination authority, employer or government service. Follow the instructions on your actual form.
